The Virtuoso VJ-628 25” / 630mm 8 Colour HD Product Decorating System is the industry’s first fully integrated sublimation printing solution of this size.

Utilizing a best in class print engine, sublimation ink set, software and support, this 8 colour system is designed for high volume, high definition printing - and is built to last, even in the most demanding production environments. The VJ-628 is supplied in multiple configurations - including Pro-Photo and Dual CMYK.

• Pro Photo 8-Colour supplied as standard - enhanced skin tones, deep, rich blacks and smooth gradients for fine art and professional photography reproduction.
• Dual CMYK - offers expanded gamut that delivers up to 548,000 colours. This option is perfect for interior signage, textiles, personalized gifts and promotional products.

The VJ-628 offers a range of benefits over smaller platforms, including:

• Full-bleed printing on 24” / 610 mm products.
• Engineered and manufactured in Japan by Mutoh.
• Industrial grade printhead.
• i2 print technology virtually eliminates banding.
• Dual CMYK and 8 colour ink configurations.

As with other Virtuoso branded printers, the VJ-628 comes with access to the MySawgrass online design solution as standard, and colour management is provided in the form of Sawgrass Print Utility. Please note that the Sawgrass VJ-628 requires a PC running a 64bit version of Windows 10/11 - MacOS is unsupported at this time.

Full technical support is provided with each and every system, to help get you up and running - and ensure that your system produces the best results. This support is provided by telephone, e-mail and remote access (via Teamviewer / QuickAssist). In addition, full training days at our premises are available at no additional cost - whenever you feel you require them. These sessions are one-to-one, so that you receive full, personalised training in the areas you need support.
