Craft Express Laser Engraving Introduction
Nova Chrome UK are proud to announce the launch of the all new Craft Express – Laser Engraving System.
This fantastic new piece of equipment will enhance your ability to personalise a whole new range of exciting products.
The Craft Express Laser offers the ability to cut and engrave materials including hardboards, MDF, bamboo, leather, acrylic and to engrave on glass, marble, slate and coated ceramics and powder coated aluminium. This, combined with a large working area of 500mm x 300mm and working power of 40 watts opens the door to many products unavailable to sublimation alone.
The interchangable Craft Express Roller allows engraving on to cylindrical items such as tumblers, flasks and more. The advantages of precision, permanence and flexibility won’t be lost on those looking for new personalisation offerings – be they for personal keepsakes, or promotional use.
This air-cooled laser engraving unit is fully equipped with its own fan exhaust system, which helps remove the odours of the Laser Engraving process from the rear of the machine.

Software Interface
The ‘Auto Laser’ is a user-friendly software that drives both aspects of the Craft Express Laser Machine – cutting and engraving.
With each material needing different speeds and laser power to optimise the best results, the easily selectable settings make this an efficient process.
Open your graphic in the software using a wide range of supported file types, select your desired process and settings and send the job to the Craft Express Laser Machine.
Using the LCD panel on the machine you will be able to set the precise point on your product that the laser will start its process, while mapping the outer edge of the file to be certain your graphic is positioned correctly BEFORE the laser engraving starts. Here you will also confirm the laser settings on the machine.
