Warranty Terms

Sawgrass SG500 / SG1000 Printers

Both the Sawgrass SG500 and Sawgrass SG1000 printers come with a two (2) year warranty starting from the date of original purchase. This warranty is offered by Sawgrass Technologies and covers against defects in materials and workmanship. Any and all replacements will be provided directly through Sawgrass following standard troubleshooting procedures advised by Sawgrass / Nova Chrome UK.

This warranty shall only apply if the product is used in conjunction with compatible software approved by Sawgrass and compatible Sawgrass ink. Neither Nova Chrome UK or Sawgrass are responsible for compatibility or usability with non-Sawgrass Software, printer accessories or ink.

Virtuoso VJ628 Printer

The Virtuoso VJ628 printer comes with a one (1) year warranty starting from the date of original purchase. This warranty is offered by Sawgrass Technologies and covers against defects in materials and workmanship. Any and all replacements will be provided directly through Sawgrass following standard troubleshooting procedures advised by Sawgrass / Nova Chrome UK

This warranty shall only apply if the product is used in conjunction with compatible software approved by Sawgrass and compatible Sawgrass Ink. Neither Nova Chrome UK or Sawgrass are responsible for compatibility or usability with non-Sawgrass Software, printer accessories or ink.

Craft Express DTF Printers

We provide a one (1) year warranty on the Craft Express DTF Printer, with all wet parts including (but not limited to) print heads, ink lines, tanks, cap heads and wiper blades being deemed as consumable parts and thus excluded from this warranty.

Subject to diagnosis, any affected, warranted parts will be replaced (In these cases, all replacement parts or units will be sent via the most economical method (normally DPD standard next day delivery), or else the machine would need to be returned to us for inspection and repair/replacement (in these cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of goods including transportation / logistic costs, ensuring the machine is secured, protected and insured sufficiently in the original or appropriate packaging to protect from damage during transit. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages which occur during the transportation either due to mishandling by the delivering agent or the use of insufficient packaging. Documenting the condition of goods prior to departure is advised).

In all events, these decisions will be taken on a case-by-case basis. The warranty is subject to normal use of the unit (this being production of DTF transfers) and may be affected, or otherwise voided if the machine has been found to be misused, either by improper operation, use of non-recommended consumables, or failure to put into effect recommended care instructions or neglect.

Mug Presses

We provide a one (1) year warranty on the heat press, with a six (6) month warranty on all heating elements. Subject to diagnosis, the affected part will be replaced (In these cases, all replacement parts or units will be sent via the most economical method (normally DPD standard next day delivery), or else the machine would need to be returned to us at your cost for inspection and repair/replacement (in these cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of goods including transportation / logistic costs, ensuring the machine is secured, protected and insured sufficiently in the original or appropriate packaging to protect from damage during transit. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages which occur during the transportation either due to mishandling by the delivering agent or the use of insufficient packaging. A3/A2 Heat Presses

We provide a one (1) year warranty on these units. Subject to diagnosis, an engineer will attend on-site to inspect and repair/replace the unit (at the engineer’s discretion), where the unit is located in Mainland UK. For units located outside of Mainland UK, alternative arrangements may need to be made. In these instances, a charge may apply to cover transportation or shipping costs incurred whilst effecting repair or replacement. The warranty is subject to normal use of the unit (this being production of dye sublimation decorated consumables as recommended by Nova Chrome UK) and may be affected, or otherwise voided if the machine has been found to be misused, either by improper operation, use of non-recommended consumables, or neglect. Subject to diagnosis, the machine would need to be returned to us at your cost for inspection and repair/replacement (in these cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of goods including transportation / logistic costs, ensuring the machine is secured, protected and insured sufficiently in the original or appropriate packaging to protect from damage during transit. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages which occur during the transportation either due to mishandling by the delivering agent or the use of insufficient packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages which occur during the transportation either due to mishandling by the delivering agent or the use of insufficient packaging. Our guillotines and corner rounders are sold for the purpose of cutting our 0.5mm / 0.7mm aluminium sheet only, and the use of thicker aluminium (e.g, Chromaluxe Aluminium) or the use of alternative materials (including, but not limited to Steel, Brass, etc) will not be covered under warranty by either ourselves, or the manufacturer.
