Courier Deliveries – We aim to despatch your parcel same day for next working day delivery where possible on orders for delivery to standard UK postcodes placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Please be aware that whilst we are dispatching using a next day service with DPD, and in most cases deliveries will reach you within the specified time frame; under certain circumstances couriers may be unable to guarantee next day delivery – we would always advise that where possible, you place your orders accordingly allowing extra time for them to reach you.

Orders placed after 3:30pm Friday, over the course of the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Please inspect your parcel(s) immediately upon delivery and before the driver leaves.

Post Orders: Please be aware that postal options with Royal Mail are not guaranteed for next day delivery.

This is 2^nd Class Tracked and Signed for and we are unable to dispatch replacements for items that are taking longer than expected or lost altogether by Royal Mail.

If you require a next day, trackable delivery option, we suggest opting for Courier delivery with DPD (Geographical limitations apply).
