At Nova Chrome UK, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services to our customers throughout the UK and overseas. These Delivery Terms & Conditions explain how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered, together with the delivery options, charges and any geographical restrictions that may apply. By placing an order with Nova Chrome UK, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We recommend reading this document carefully to ensure you understand the services available, estimated delivery times and any responsibilities associated with the delivery of your goods.
Nova Chrome UK aims to process all standard orders received by 3:30pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed after this time, at weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day, with the aim of dispatching that same day. Whilst every effort is made to meet these timescales, dispatch dates cannot be guaranteed.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on qualifying orders over £150.00 ex VAT.

Free delivery is provided using a courier selected by Nova Chrome UK and may take up to three working days.

If part of an order is returned and the remaining order value falls below the free delivery threshold, the standard delivery charge may be deducted from any refund due.

Deliveries to certain areas of the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may require additional transit time. Geographical restrictions will also apply to certain areas of mainland UK.

Where suitable, orders placed by phone or email may be sent by Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch postal orders on the day of receipt, although delivery may take up to three working days.

Customers selecting an untracked postal service accept the associated risks. Nova Chrome UK cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit via untracked postal services and may be unable to replace such items.
If a tracked service is required, we recommend selecting courier delivery.
Most online orders are dispatched using a standard courier service. If Royal Mail is an option for your order, this will appear as a selection at checkout.
Please provide a mobile telephone number at checkout to receive tracking and delivery notifications.
Safe Place Deliveries
If you instruct the courier to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the courier confirms delivery.
Customers who place their order over the phone or by email will receive their goods by courier, freight or post.
We can also offer the following delivery options via the courier to most UK address:
Next Day – Pre 10:30am
Next Day – Pre 12pm
Saturday – Pre 12pm
Where applicable orders can be posted as an alternative. Please be aware that postal options with Royal Mail are currently not guaranteed for next day delivery, and we are unable to track or dispatch replacements for items that are taking longer than expected or lost altogether by Royal Mail. If you require a trackable delivery option, we suggest opting for Courier delivery with DPD.
While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

During busy periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands incur additional shipping charges and are not included within our mainland UK delivery services.

Non-Mainland UK Deliveries

Special rates apply to all overseas deliveries, including the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery charges vary according to destination, parcel size and weight and will be calculated upon receipt of your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All overseas shipments are supplied on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.
All parcels are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis — import duties & taxes are payable by the importer prior to delivery.
For EU shipments, a VAT or EORI number may be required.
The courier will contact you directly for customs clearance and delivery arrangements. This is done by email.
We cannot make import duty/tax payments on your behalf.
If charges are not paid the courier will return the parcel back to us. Resulting in additional charges that we would need to pass on to yourselves.
