To complement the Filmjet Mini Series, we offer a selection of DTF-compatible Black Premium 195 Fruit of the Loom T-Shirts, available in sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL, supplied in packs of 5. These high-quality garments provide the versatility to produce vibrant personalised clothing and branded workwear.
We also supply a selection of baby and childrenās clothing, giving you the flexibility to create personalised garments, inclusive for all ages and sizes. In addition to all of this, our full range of sublimation polyester based textiles, such as cushions, bags and soft toys may be printed with the FilmJet Mini Series.

No, Polyprint FilmJet Mini printers do not come fully ready for DTF production straight out of the box. However, your printer will be installed on-site by a trained professional, ensuring it is correctly set up and ready for production. They will also provide operator guidance and training, helping you get started with your FilmJet Mini confidently, along with the necessary knowledge to help you look after your investment in the longer term. Further, ongoing support is available from both ourselves and the team at Polyprint.
Are PolyPrint DTF printers expensive to run?
Not necessarily. Polyprint FilmJet printers are designed to keep running costs under control, with efficient ink use, automated white-ink circulation and maintenance features designed to reduce clogging, downtime and ink waste. FilmJet inks are also formulated specifically for the system and are OEKO-TEXĀ® and GOTS certified, giving you a combination of reliability, quality and compliance.

Which PolyPrint printers are suitable for DTF?
Where should I store my DTF printer?
Your DTF printer should be kept in a clean, dry, well-ventilated room away from direct sunlight, excessive dust, moisture and extreme temperatures. Ideally, place it on a stable, level surface with enough space around the printer for ventilation, maintenance and easy access.
Avoid storing your printer in garages, sheds or other areas that are cold, damp or subject to significant temperature changes, as these conditions can affect the printer, inks and print quality.
For the best results, keep the printer in a consistent, controlled indoor environment and follow the storage and operating conditions recommended for your specific model.

How often do I need to use my FilmJet Mini 30/60?
The FilmJet Mini 30/60 is designed for regular, professional use and ideally should used at least once a week.
However, if the printer is going to be left unused for an extended period, we recommend following the manufacturerās maintenance and storage procedure to keep the printheads and ink system in good condition. For the best results and reliability, regular use is preferable, particularly with white ink.
If you expect the printer to be unused for a longer period, carry out the recommended maintenance procedure before switching it off.
What are the warranty terms?
We provide a one year warranty on the PolyPrint DTF FilmJet Series. This covers all aspects of the system – even the print heads!
