HD White Aluminium Sheet for Dye Sublimation - 30 x 60cm (11.81" x 23.62")

Introducing our new ‘HD White’ metal for dye sublimation printing. Whilst our standard gloss White Aluminium remains the industry standard, we appreciate that there may be occasions where a different finish may be required. With this in mind, we are proud to introduce this new alternative – developed to provide excellent colour and print quality, with a richer, glossier finish compared to our usual 0.5 / 0.7mm options.

Suitable for a range of applications, HD White may be used to create items such as internal signage, photo panels, business cards, nameplates and many other items besides – the possibilities are endless. To assist with forming and shaping this material, we offer cutting tools that may be purchased separately, including our Guillotine and Corner Rounder options. We will, of course, still be supplying our standard white, along with our range of other colours, that so many of you have purchased for more than 25 years. Please note that for delivery purposes, there is a minimum order quantity of 25 sheets (which can be mixed if required).

Double-Sided Capability!
Additionally, the raw silver back of the metal features a rich polyester coating that will accept a high quality sublimation print - allowing for the addition of a logo, personal message, or even an attractive full colour print (which will be tinted by the silver surface).

Recommended items for use with Sublimation Aluminium.
When pressing any Aluminium product we highly recommend using NovaSub Sublimation Paper for best results. Combined with either the Epson SC-F100 or SC-F500, the high release rate increases saturation and allows for the use of lower pressing temperatures. Additionally, Endura Fabric may also be used as a protective covering to help minimise any moisture related pressing issues.

When working with HD White Sublimation Aluminium, we recommend the following settings:

Temperature: 160°C
Time: 90-120 seconds
Pressure: Light-Moderate

Please Note: This product has a protective film on both front and back surfaces, which must be removed prior to pressing!
We do recommend the use of a pressing pillow to minimise any risk of pressure related marking or paper sticking, and Endura Fabric to assist with any excess moisture in the transfer.
When cutting or forming, both materials may be guillotined and corner rounded as usual. Compatible with all types of printer and ink (though processing parameters may vary).
