Matt White Aluminium Sheet for Dye Sublimation - 30 x 60cm (11.81" x 23.62")

Introducing our new ‘Matt White’ metal for dye sublimation printing. Whilst our standard gloss White Aluminium remains the industry standard, we appreciate that there may be occasions where a different finish may be required. With this in mind, we are proud to introduce this new alternative – developed to provide excellent colour and print quality, but with an attractive satin-matt look that helps reduce glare.

Suitable for a range of applications, Matt White may be used to create items such as internal signage, machine labelling plates, business cards, nameplates and many others besides – the possibilities are endless. To assist with forming and shaping this material, we offer cutting tools that may be purchased separately, including our Guillotine and Corner Rounder options. We will, of course, still be supplying our standard white, along with our range of other colours, that so many of you have purchased for more than 25 years. Please note that for delivery purposes, there is a minimum order quantity of 25 sheets (which can be mixed if required).

Recommended items for use with Sublimation Aluminium.
When pressing any Aluminium product we highly recommend using NovaSub Sublimation Paper for best results. Combined with either the Epson SC-F100 or SC-F500, the high release rate increases saturation and allows for the use of lower pressing temperatures. Additionally, Endura Fabric may also be used as a protective covering to help minimise any moisture related pressing issues.
