Please note that due to the manufacturing process, not all ornaments will be perfectly flat. This is considered normal, and we are unable to replace or exchange items with these characteristics. When pressing sublimation ceramic ornaments, we do suggest using a PTFE Pressing Pillow as this will help keep consistent contact between the transfer paper and the substrate without applying excess pressure and stress on the ceramic.

Time: 110 seconds per side.
Pressure: Moderate
