The XpertJet-461UF is Mutoh's LED UV, compact, desktop A2+ printer, perfect for offices, homes and small retail environments. The XPJ-461UF is ideal for personalisation and bespoke small-lot production, such as photo products, phone cases and promotional items, providing excellent print quality on a range of substrates including those with a thickness of up to 15cm.This compact printer has a printing area of 483mm x 329mm and is available in a setup of either CMYK or CMYK + White + Varnish. Use varnish inks to create unique special effects and embossing, while the white inks allow for easy printing on dark materials.
Mutoh’s Proprietary Local Dimming Control Technology
The XPJ-461UF is equipped with a newly developed segmented 2” wide UV lamp. The UV lamp has 6 different sections. Each lamp section can be individually controlled, enabling production of multiple varnish effects in the same print table movement. Gloss, semi-gloss and matte varnish effects can be produced in one table movement for prints combining CMYK + Varnish or White + Varnish. The result is a substantial productivity boost as well as a minimised risk for dust contamination into glossy printed area.
