Please note that for delivery purposes, there is a minimum order quantity of 25 sheets (which can be mixed if required).

SUPPLY

Please Note: Our latest coils of white metal, although from our usual long term manufacturer, are a different shade than normal. They print well but if you’ve been accustomed to using our white metal you may notice a slight variation in the print colours.

Unfortunately the lead time for metal is significant and it will be months before we get our next delivery and we cannot guarantee what shade that next batch will be. We believe that most customers will be happy with the print results.  However, if you or your clients prefer the original colour, we won’t be able to exchange because we have no alternative to offer you.  Dispatching and returning would be unproductive for both parties.  So, we kindly ask, if you have any concerns please request samples for testing.

They will be sent by post immediately, no charge, to enable you to make an informed decision prior to placing an order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

PRICE INCREASES

Unfortunately both the raw materials and manufacturing costs for sublimation metal have increased significantly and we have no alternative other than to amend our prices accordingly.  There is also a worldwide shortage of aluminium so to secure coils we need to order well in advance. This leads to us facing varying increases on each delivery. Regrettably it may be the most popular colours, replenished more frequently, which will incur increases most frequently.

However, we do believe that our sublimation metal will still continue to be one of the most cost effective and versatile substrates in the market and our aim will be to keep any price rises to a minimum.
