Courier Deliveries – We aim to despatch your parcel same day for next working day delivery where possible on orders for delivery to standard UK postcodes placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Please be aware that whilst we are dispatching using a next day service with DPD, and in most cases deliveries will reach you within the specified time frame; under certain circumstances couriers may be unable to guarantee next day delivery – we would always advise that where possible, you place your orders accordingly allowing extra time for them to reach you.

Orders placed after 3:30pm Friday, over the course of the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Please inspect your parcel(s) immediately upon delivery and before the driver leaves.

Post Orders: Please be aware that postal options with Royal Mail are not guaranteed for next day delivery.

This is 2^nd Class Tracked and Signed for and we are unable to dispatch replacements for items that are taking longer than expected or lost altogether by Royal Mail.

Description

Suitable for printing A4 items from our range of flat products, this kit consists of an A4 Virtuoso SG500 printer, and A4 Swing Head heat press.

This starter kit is an affordable first step into the world of Dye Sublimation printing.

Included is an A4 Virtuoso SG500 printer with 4 SubliJet-UHD ink cartridges (totalling 124ml of ink), capable of delivering exceptional quality colour print outs. The printer is supplied with a full range of templates for desktop graphics applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw. Also supplied free of charge is Sawgrass Print Manager, Sawgrass' new print software that offers advanced layout features, job nesting, hot folder support and superior colour quality. CreativeStudio

By purchasing a Virtuoso SG500, you also gain access to CreativeStudio, Sawgrass' online design suite. This innovative and unique application offers the ability to design artwork on any internet connected device (PC, Mac, tablet or phone) and access a library of hundreds of templates, with thousands of customisable designs - all at no extra cost!

Heat Press

Our new A4 heat press incorporates a swing-head system that allows for accurate, safe and easy application to your products. A working temperature range of 0 to 200°C, combined with a pressure adjustment control wheel and a 30mm item depth makes this A4 press an ideal choice for our deeper products such as the acrylic blocks and wall mounts. The spacious 29 x 38cm (11.4 x 15") bed area also allows for imprinting of oversize A4 items, and the press can be configured to work in either degrees celsius or fahrenheit.

Technical Support

Full technical support is provided with each and every system, to help get you up and running - and ensure that your system produces the best results. This support is provided by telephone, e-mail and remote access (via Teamviewer). In addition, full training days at our premises are available at no additional cost - whenever you feel you require them. These sessions are one-to-one, so that you receive full, personalised training in the areas you need support.
