How to place an Order
Our customers based in the United Kingdom can order from us online. Ordering from our online store can be done in three simple steps.
1. Create an Account – Create an account by providing your personal information & address details, followed by a choice of password. Please note you must create an account before you can complete an order.
Jersey & Guernsey Customers – Customers in Jersey and Guernsey must select either Jersey or Guernsey in the ‘Country’ box, this will remove any VAT added to your order.
2. Start Shopping – Once you have created your account you can begin your search of our product catalogue, adding products to your basket as you go along. You also have the choice of adding a product to your Wishlist for future reference.
3. Complete Checkout – When you have finished shopping, simply click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button in your shopping cart and follow the on screen instructions. Please note payment details will not be stored on our website – you will be directed to our secure payments provider to give payment details and complete your order.
*Ordering online is only available to customers located in the United Kingdom only. Online delivery rates will sometimes differ to rates given when placing an order over the phone or by email. All online orders are courier orders only, should you require a pallet or have any specific requirements for your order please place your order over the phone or by email.*
Orders placed after 5pm Monday – Friday will be processed the next working day with the aim to dispatch that same day, however you will be notified of any delays.
Customers on an Account
Customers who wish to place an order using their credit account need to do so over the phone or by email.

To place an order over the phone please contact +44 (0)1407 720011 between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Alternatively, they can also be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 01407 720862.
Orders which require specific packing requirements should be placed over the phone or by email.
On some occasions delivery rates can often be slightly cheaper when placing your order over the phone.
Republic of Ireland & Other Overseas Customers
Customers located in the Republic of Ireland & other countries outside of the United Kingdom, Jersery & Guernsey are unable to order from us online.
Therefore all orders must be placed over the phone or by email.
