Although we have shut our doors to visitors at the moment we do have some flexibility to continue to serve you through our website although in a limited way. Please be assured that we are taking all necessary precautions to reduce the risks posed by Covid-19 including social distancing, robust hygiene measures and stringent cleaning practices.
We know that many of our customers will still require certain products and support. Orders placed online will be dispatched whenever possible. However, as the situation is changing rapidly, we suggest that if you want goods, please email first with your requirements and a contact number so that we can update you before you actually place/pay for the order.
Although we will try our very best to meet your requirements, we do not want to accept orders that we cannot fulfil. We also need you to be aware that there may be courier delays, restrictions on movement and other factors beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE: Our courier collection times are currently shortened, so we can only dispatch orders placed before 2.45pm at the very latest.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept orders via Facebook Messenger or other social media channels.

In light of the current global situation regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19) we are following advice from the government and the WHO to mitigate risks.
We have already put into place several measures to try to reduce the spread of the virus so that our customers, staff and their families stay well. This will remain our priority as the situation develops. Additionally, we have strictly limited visits to our site.
We are pleased to say however that we are still able to offer support to our customers via the usual channels of email, telephone and remote support.
Our stock levels are currently good, and whilst we cannot guarantee that this will remain so we are in constant communication with manufacturers and shippers in the hope of minimizing any potential disruption.
